Refund Policy

No refund, only a credit will be issued towards future MSA activities.

Enrollment Notification

MSA will notify the parents via phone one day before the start of the class. If the phone is busy, we will send a message via your email address on the registration form.

If the class or camp is full, MSA will call the parents within 3 days to advise them of our inability to register their child to that event.

Event Cancellation Due to Bad Weather

MSA Policy is to provide one make up class for each 8- week program to account for Snow or Rain. The participants can make up for any additional cancellation at another location if more than one cancellation is made due to inclement weather.

During School days - MSA will put a voice message to notify parents about class cancellation by 1:00 pm of the class date. We will not make any phone calls to parents.

Our Inclement policy For Weekend Classes are as follows: Parents will call MSA 301-983-2227 about  60 - 90 min before class scheduled start time to check if the class is cancelled or not. MSA also added a banner on top of website homepage to announce any cancellation due to bad weather.

Event Cancellation Due to Any Other Cause

MSA Policy is to provide one make up class for each   8 - week program to account for any other cause beyond the control of MSA. The participants can make up for any additional cancellation at another location if more than one cancellation is made due to unforeseen causes or weather.

MSA will put a voice message to notify parents about class cancellation by 1:00 pm of the class date. We will not make any phone calls to parents.

Cancellation Notification

MSA maintains its Web site to reflect any class cancellation.

MSA will put a voice message to notify parents about class cancellation by 1:00 pm of the class date.

MSA will notify the school to make a class announcement to the Children to go home on the bus, or to go to the in-school after care program.

Parents are responsible to make plans to pick the child if he/she don't use the bus.

Participant Suspension

MSA has the right to suspend any participant for a clinic or camp if the child hurts others,  damages properties, or disrupts the class/camp. MSA management will notify the participant parents/guardian of their child behavior and request their cooperation to rectify the situation. However if this participant continues to be a problem in the clinic/camp, MSA reserves the right to suspend and ban the participant from attending MSA clinic/camp. In this situation, MSA will not issue a refund nor a credit certificate of any type for the remaining classes or camp session.

Children Late Pick Up

MSA staff will make every effort to ensure the children safety, however it is parents responsibility to make every effort to pick their children at the end of the class time. There will be a late fee of $20 if the coach has to wait more than 6 minutes with the child and $40  if the coach has to wait more than 15 minutes. The late fee is payable to the coach at the time when the child is picked up.

Parents must call our emergency number, 240-401-4117, to notify us if they cannot be there on time to pick up their child or children. We, in turn, will notify the coaches on the field. Our coaches on fields and Gyms do not have the parents' emergency contact information for privacy purposes, but know where it can be obtained.

Disclosure of Child Special Needs

MSA will make every effort to meet the children needs for medications or diet,  provided that the parents disclose these needs on the registration form.

Uncollected Payments

MSA will make every effort to work with parents/guardians to resolve uncollected tuition payments due to bad credit cards and checks, otherwise we will have to pursue the recovery of the outstanding balance through legal means to collect the balance, in addition to interest (12% annually), any chargeback, attorney and legal fees.

 Credit Calculation

MSA will issue a credit certificate based on the following rules:

1. Clinics: The per class credit is calculated by dividing the balance ( Class fee - Registration fee (equal 20% of the class fee)) by the number of classes.

2. Camps: For untended days due to illness with a doctor note, the credit amount is calculate by ( Regular weekly fee - Number of days attended x camp daily fee). Currently the daily rate is one fourth of the camp regular weekly fee.

3. Camp Summer Pass: No credit for any unused portion will issued since it is a one summer unlimited pass.
